Position: Outreach and Development Manager
Details: 21 hours per week
Rate: $25/hr or $24,150 (46-week contract)
Location: Remotely, from anywhere in Ontario 
Starting Date: August 17, 2021

The Outreach and Development Manager will reach out to members of the Ontario artist-run network to survey the impact of measures imposed in the last year on their programming and services. ARCCO is seeking knowledge into the alternative means of creation, production and sharing that centres have implemented to continue to support their communities of art professionals, how this is documented and assessed for reporting to funders. Based on this survey, the Manager will propose options for communicating, networking, producing, exhibiting and sharing artistic culture produced in our organizations. Drawing on ARCCO’s 2020 Members’ Summit, the Manager will examine resources and knowledge produced in urban and regional or rural settings, the potential of open-source and communities of practice to organize and share information on hybrid modes of programming, alternative governance models, online and in-person service provision to better connect, serve and inform ARCCO’s membership and their communities.
