AAARC

Founded in 2005, the Alberta Association of Artist-run Centres (AAARC) supports advocacy, networking, and organizational growth for artist-run visual arts organizations across Alberta. As a syndicate of ten not-for-profit artist-run centers, each with its own mandate, AAARC's activities continue to strengthen community and collaboration in the visual arts by facilitating close communication between organizations.

AGAVF

L’Association des groupes en arts visuels francophones (AGAVF) is a national arts service organization that represents visual arts groups active in Francophone communities outside the province of Quebec. 

ARCA

The Artist-Run Centres and Collectives Conference is a Canadian organization that represents – by way of the nine artist-run centers’ associations that form its membership – over 180 artist-run centers in the visual and media arts,  contemporary craft, and architecture and collectives in cities and towns across the country. Artist-run centers’ associations – are the recognized non-profit geography, identity, and discipline-based artist-run associations that form its federated membership.

ATLANTIS

ATLANTIS: The Association of Artist-Run Centres from the Atlantic was incorporated in 2005 to support and promote the activities of artist-run centers in Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland, and Labrador, New Brunswick, and Nova Scotia.

IMAA

The Independent Media Arts Alliance (IMAA) is a member-driven non-profit national organization working to advance and strengthen the media arts community in Canada.  Representing over 100 independent films, video, audio, and new media production, distribution, and exhibition organizations in all parts of the country, the IMAA serves over 16,000 independent media artists and cultural workers.

MARCC

Manitoba Artist-Run Centres Coalition (MARCC) is made up of Manitoba artist-run centers and other not-for-profit visual arts organizations. MARCC’s members promote the growth and development of artist-directed organizations engaged in contemporary visual and media arts. Members commit to meet regularly to share information, coordinate events, and work towards strengthening the visual arts in Winnipeg and Manitoba through advocacy, networking, and public engagement.

PAARC

The Pacific Association of Artist-Run Centres (PAARC) is a nonprofit organization that represents the collective interests and development of Artist-governed organizations based in the Unceded Indigenous territories known as British Columbia through advocacy initiatives, actions of solidarity, mutual accountability, and resource-sharing.

PARCA

Plains Artist-Run Centres Association, is a center for emergent practices for artists at any stage of their careers, providing space and support for critical, safe,
and open exchange. 

RCAAQ

The Regroupement des centers d'artistes autogérés du Québec (RCAAQ) is a national advocacy organization whose mandate is to support, bring together, represent, and promote Quebec's artist-run centers. To facilitate the dissemination of art within society, it supports research activities and artistic experimentation and encourages self-management by artists
