2026-2027 Membership

If your organization or collective is interested in joining ARCCO for the first time, please contact us for details. ARCCO represents its membership to the federal Artist Run Centres and Collectives Conference (ARCA) and thereby extends services provided by ARCA to its membership.

Requirements

ARCCO Membership is open to collectives, centres and incorporated non-profit organizations, whether incorporated or not, which:

  • are a not-for-profit, and artist-controlled organization or collective;
  • support the payment of artist fees;
  • are committed to equity and diversity.

Benefits

ARCCO membership provides cultural workers and artists with online forums and regular convening opportunities to share resources and information relevant to artist-run organizational practices, a say in collective advocacy, and up-to-date information on funding programs and funders’ strategic priorities.

For questions about membership or to apply for membership, please email ARCCO at info@arcco.net

Affiliates and Supporters

Per ARCCO's bylaws, we welcome Affliate Members from outside the Province of Ontario and individual Supporters of ARCCO's mission and objectives. These members may take part in General Meetings and receive many of the same benefits of ARCCO's Full Membership, but are restricted as a percentage of ARCCO's elected board of directors.

Dues

Membership dues are determined on a sliding scale, based on an organization's budget and financial capacity. Our suggested membership dues are based on 0.05% of your average annual operating budget, or a minimum of $50/yr. Organizations and collectives without stable operating funds may opt to pay a nominal amount of their choosing.
